Nudge is a native macOS focus app that lets you choose allowed apps, block distracting websites in supported browsers, save repeatable presets, and start or manage focus sessions from the menu bar.
Pricing
The free version includes up to 2 hours of focus sessions per day. Nudge Plus removes that daily focus-session limit.
- Annual: $17.88 per year, equal to $1.49 per month, with a 7-day trial.
- Monthly: $4.99 per month, billed monthly.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Terms and Conditions

- Nudge is licensed for personal or internal business use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law.
- Nudge Plus access depends on an active subscription or trial in good standing.
- Website blocking and app focus enforcement require user-granted macOS permissions.
- Prices, features, and availability may change, but active subscriptions keep their current billing terms until renewal or cancellation.
Privacy Policy
Nudge is built as a local-first macOS app. Focus presets, session configuration, and focus behavior are primarily stored on the user's Mac.
- Account and billing data may be processed by Supabase and Paddle to provide sign-in, subscription status, and payments.
- Nudge uses macOS Accessibility and browser Automation permissions only to run focus and blocking features requested by the user.
- Payment card details are handled by Paddle and are not stored by Nudge.
- Support requests may include the email address and information the user chooses to send.
- Users can request account or billing-data help at [email protected].
Refund Policy
Annual subscriptions include a 7-day trial, so users can cancel before the trial ends without being charged. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
- Refund requests are reviewed for accidental purchases, duplicate charges, or billing errors.
- Refunds are handled through Paddle and returned to the original payment method when approved.
